Bulk Water Program

The Licking Regional Water District's Bulk Water Program provides treated water for a variety of commercial and residential needs, including building and utility construction, and service to customers who do not currently have access to an adequate potable water source.

How to Get Started

Create an Account: Register online at licking-oh.flowpointcloud.com. Once your account is submitted, the District will be notified automatically.
Submit Your Deposit: A $1,000.00 deposit is required before your account can be activated.

Activate Your Account & Set Up Access: Once your deposit is received and your account is activated, log in through the link above to set up your access code and PIN. You may create multiple PINs for different drivers or operators to track individual water usage.
Using the Station: When you arrive at the fill station, simply enter your access code, PIN, and the desired amount of water to dispense.
Monthly Billing: The District will issue a monthly bill for your total water usage.

Policy & Compliance
The District reserves the right to issue violation notices and impose penalties or fines for any unauthorized activity, including, but not limited to, theft of water or equipment, failure to comply with program policies, and any other activities deemed unauthorized by the District.
