CONTRACTOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

General Liability Insurance: Proof of MINIMUM $300,000.00 of General Liability Insurance, with the District named as the Certificate Holder.
License Bond: $5,000.00 License Bond, with the District named as the Bond Holder.
Emergency Repair Escrow: $1,000.00 Certified Check payable to the District, to be held in escrow in case an emergency repair is necessary due to work performed incorrectly.
License Fee: $75.00 annual License Fee payable to the District. Note: this fee is per calendar year and is not pro-rated for a partial year.
Worker's Compensation Certificate: Copy of current certificate to be kept on file at the District office.
