Licking Regional Water District Team Members Honored by Southeast Section of Ohio Water Environment Association

Licking County — The Licking Regional Water District is pleased to announce that three of our team members received awards from the Southeast Section of the Ohio Water Environment Association during the section's annual awards presentation this week.
The awards recognize professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, technical expertise, service and dedication to the wastewater profession and the protection of public health and the environment.
Wastewater System Supervisor Josh Holton received the Southeast Section Member of the Year Award, which recognizes individuals whose service and leadership have made a significant impact on the organization.
Process Operator 3 Brad Kinnison received the Professional Wastewater Operations Award, which recognizes wastewater professionals who demonstrate dedication, professionalism and contributions to treatment system operations.
Process Operator 3 (Operator in Training) Trevor Thomas received the Awesome Operator Award, which honors frontline operators who go above and beyond in their daily responsibilities and demonstrate exceptional commitment to their work.
“These awards reflect the dedication and expertise our team members bring to their work every day,” LRWD Executive Director Jim Roberts said. “Josh, Brad and Trevor represent the highest standards of our profession and our organization. Their commitment helps ensure reliable wastewater service and protects public health throughout the communities we serve.”
The Southeast Section is one of four regional sections that comprise the Ohio Water Environment Association, a statewide organization that supports wastewater professionals and promotes water quality throughout Ohio.
LRWD provides water and wastewater services to communities throughout Licking County and surrounding areas.
